AUA BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is on the ground floor over in Batla House, right on Muradi Road. It's not a hard place to find if you know Jamia Nagar at all. We are AUA Buildwell and we basically spend our time dealing with building projects and all the materials and labor that go along with that. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in and talk to us about what they need. The area is pretty crowded and noisy, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been at this address, G-9/3, for a bit now. We handle a lot of the local building needs. Sometimes we are juggling three or four different things at once and the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and receipts everywhere. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us sitting there taking calls and checking on the progress of the various sites. New Delhi is always building something new, especially in this part of town, so there is no shortage of work for us. We try to be practical about things. If someone needs a wall put up or a whole floor added, we figure out the costs and get to it. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the guys show up on time. We also have to deal with getting materials through the narrow streets, which is never fun for anyone involved.
