Our place is at Delhi High Court 141, which is a pretty well-known spot for anyone who spends time in this area. Atul Kumar Bandhu has been operating out of this room for a good while. It’s a small unit, but it’s enough for what we need. Since we are right there by the High Court, the atmosphere is always a bit tense and fast-paced. People are always moving. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from that, even if it is a bit cramped. We have files stacked up against the walls and a desk that is far too small for all the stuff we put on it. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise on the medium setting, but we don’t even notice it anymore. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and talking to people who are usually in a bit of a rush. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map. We like to keep things simple and functional. It’s a tough environment sometimes because of the pressure of the location, but we just take it one day at a time. We open up early and usually stay until the court crowds have thinned out. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve fallen into over the years, and it works for us.
