Ativir Buildcon Private Limited

Ativir Buildcon Private Limited has its office at 122, Rishabh Vihar, right in the Karkardooma area of East Delhi. It is a pretty well-known part of the city. We have been working from this spot for a bit. The building is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. Inside, it looks like any other construction office. There are stacks of files, some old computers, and plenty of pens that usually don't work when you need them. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of building things. That means a lot of talking to contractors and checking on how much brick or steel we have left. Karkardooma can get really crowded, especially near the courts and the metro, so we try to plan our site visits early in the day. It doesn't always work out that way. The office is a place where we figure out the problems that pop up on-site. It’s not a quiet job. There is always someone calling about a delivery or a permit. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together most days when we aren't out on the road. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't worry about looking corporate or polished. We just want to get the houses or structures finished without too much trouble. It is just a normal office doing real work.
