At Fashion

We've been here in Nancheng for a while now. Most days it's just us getting through the orders and making sure everything looks okay before it goes out. The street outside can get pretty busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. At Fashion isn't a huge place, but it's where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up and we have to fix it ourselves, but we manage. We handle a lot of different styles every day. Some days we are sorting through heavy fabrics and other days we're just packing small boxes for delivery. It's not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and the hours go by fast. People around Nancheng probably see us coming and going all the time with various bags and rolls of cloth. We try to keep the space organized, though with all the boxes piling up, it's a bit of a challenge. My desk is usually covered in scraps of paper and long lists of things to do that I never quite finish. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door and some dusty windows. It's mostly just regular people working here, trying to get things right. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, and the whole street gets quiet and dark. Then the next morning it all starts over again with the same noise. The building itself is nothing special. We've got a few racks of clothes sitting near the window right now, catching the morning light. It's just a normal day.
