Shiva Nirman Pvt. Ltd. has its office at C-2/4 in the Community Centre of Ashok Vihar-ii. Being in a community centre means we are surrounded by all sorts of other shops and offices. It’s a lively spot, especially in the evenings when more people come out. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of building and construction, so we don't spend money on making the office look like a showroom. We’re usually too busy for that anyway. Most of the time, our team is out on-site, so the office might only have a couple of people in it during the day. We handle the administrative side of things here, like permits and payroll. Ashok Vihar is a good area to be based in because it’s well-connected, which helps when we need to get to different parts of the city. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls or a marketing department. We just do the work that comes our way. Sometimes the printers jam or the internet goes slow, just like in any other office. We don't try to hide the fact that we're a small operation. We just like being reliable and showing up when we say we will. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever needs to be finished next.
