We are located out in Burari, specifically in Indraprastha Colony. Getting to Street 35 near Gate 2 can be a bit of a trip depending on the traffic, but it’s where we do our thing. Dealing with homes and residential stuff is what we do. It’s a local business through and through. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep the records and meet with people. Being in Block C gives us a good feel for the neighborhood and what people around here actually need. We spend our time managing the details of housing projects. It involves a lot of back and forth with different people. Sometimes it feels like we are just chasing paperwork all day long. Burari is growing fast, so there is always something going on nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do for these homes is solid. Our staff is mostly locals who know the area well. We started small and just kept at it. Every project has its own set of problems, but we just take them one by one. It’s a simple setup at Kh. No. 44/21, and we prefer it that way. No fancy talk, just honest work on the ground. We usually keep some cold water ready for anyone who drops by in the afternoon heat.
