Ashayu Infra Projects Private Limited is up in Rohini at the North Ex Mall in Sector-9. We’re on the first floor in unit B-115. Working out of a mall is a bit different than a standard office building, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We focus on infra projects, mostly around the North West Delhi area. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and a big table where we spread out our project plans. It’s not some high-tech studio; it’s just where we coordinate our crews and talk to clients. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at various sites checking progress. Building things takes time and a lot of patience, which we’ve learned the hard way over the years. We aren't the type to use big corporate buzzwords. We just talk about concrete, steel, and deadlines. Sometimes things go according to plan, and sometimes they don't, but we’re always there to figure out the next step. The mall has a lot of foot traffic, so we get a lot of noise from the hallways, but we don't mind. It feels like we’re part of the local scene. We’ve been here for a while and have a good handle on how the local regulations and logistics work. It’s just a group of us trying to do solid work and keep the projects moving forward. It helps that there is a food court downstairs for when we work late.
