Arth Contractors Private Limited

We've been working out of Ansal Chambers II in Bhikaji Cama Place for a while now. It's a busy spot in New Delhi. Arth Contractors Private Limited is basically just us doing construction and site work. Most days are spent handling various project details or checking on different sites around the city. Our office is on the 7th floor, room 709. It’s not a huge fancy setup, just a place where the paperwork gets handled and the phone gets answered. We deal with the usual headaches that come with building stuff in a big city like Delhi. There is always a lot of traffic getting to the office, but it's a good central location. We just try to keep things moving. Sometimes it's messy, sometimes things go smooth, but we stay busy. Usually, one of us is out on a site while someone else stays back at the office to deal with the bills and the calls. It's practical work. We've stayed in this South West Delhi area because it makes sense for the projects we take on. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just the crew and the office staff trying to get through the daily to-do list. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies show up where they are supposed to be. That's pretty much what we do every day.
