You can find ARSHIA PASSION BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED at Shop Number 3, on the ground floor of house number 79. We are located in Hari Nagar, Ashram. This part of North East Delhi is always humming with traffic from the nearby roads. The shop is small but it serves us well for all the building work we manage. We are not trying to be a big fancy corporation; we just focus on the projects we have at hand. The office is right on the street, so we see everything that goes on in Ashram. It can be quite noisy with all the cars and horns, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of desks where we keep our project drawings and bills. It is a very hands-on place. We do not spend money on expensive decor because we would rather focus on the work itself. The staff is local and we all know the area pretty well. Dealing with construction and building in Delhi has its challenges, but we handle it from this little shop. It is a straightforward setup for a straightforward business. We open early and usually close once the sun goes down and the traffic settles a bit. It is a busy life here in Delhi, but we enjoy being right in the thick of it.
