Arpitam Builders Llp is based at B 41 in Maharani Bagh. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi. We are builders, which means our lives are mostly about construction sites and managing crews. Our office in Maharani Bagh is where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to sit and talk through the daily problems. Being in 110065 means we are fairly central, but getting around Delhi is always a bit of a chore. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the time we are busy checking on progress or arguing with vendors about prices. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like it. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using complicated industry jargon. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Sometimes weather gets in the way or labor is short, and we just have to deal with it. We’ve been in this business long enough to know that things rarely go exactly as planned. We just show up every day and try to make progress. The neighborhood is quiet compared to other parts of Delhi, which is nice when we are trying to think. We are just a local builder trying to stay busy and get things done. There are no secrets here, just hard work and a lot of bricks.
