We are located within the Delhi Cantt area, specifically in Cariappa Vihar. Our office is C/O Col Rajeev Sood at 137/6. It’s a very different vibe here compared to the rest of New Delhi. It’s a bit quieter, and there’s more greenery around. We do our design work in a setting that feels very secure and orderly. It’s not a typical commercial office building. We like it because it allows us to focus without all the usual city distractions. The team is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from people who know Col Sood or have seen what we’ve done before. We sit around the table, look at the plans, and figure out the best way forward. There are no fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes we spend the whole day just talking through a single problem. It’s a slow and careful process. We aren't in a rush to become the biggest company in the city. We just want to do work that we aren't ashamed of. It’s a quiet life in the Cantt, and that suits us just fine. We enjoy the peace while we work. We don't need a flashy storefront to prove we know what we are doing.
