You can find us at ARCS CONTRACTORS & BUILDERS LLP over in Bindapur. Our office is actually in a flat, No. 252 in Block A, Pocket 3 of the DDA area. It is right near Peer Baba, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to visit us. We are not a big company with a flashy office in a skyscraper. We like being in a residential area because it keeps us close to the kind of work we usually do. Most of our projects are local and involve building or fixing up houses. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. We do not have a mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just show up at the site, do the work, and try to keep things moving. Construction is a dusty and loud job, so we are used to that. We spend a lot of time dealing with the small details that people might not notice at first. Being in Bindapur means we know the neighborhood and the people who live here. It is a very hands-on job and we are often out on the field instead of sitting behind a desk. We take things one day at a time and focus on getting the current task done properly. It is a simple way of working but it suits us just fine. We are just a local team doing our thing.
