You can find Arcis E Services over in Naveen Shahdara at D 2. It’s a busy part of Delhi and we’ve been part of it for a good while. We do various electronic services and backend stuff here. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on phones. It’s not a huge place, just a decent-sized setup where we can get through the day's tasks. Shahdara is always moving, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We started this because there was a need for these kinds of services in the area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do right by the work we get. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but we have the fans going full blast. Our team is small and everyone knows each other well. We share lunch and talk about the news or what's happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded kind of atmosphere. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. If a job needs doing, we just sit down and do it. There are a lot of cables and boxes around because that’s just the nature of our work. It’s a bit cluttered but it works for us. We like being here in this part of town and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s where we belong and where we work best.
