Architect Vistasp & Associates

Our place is located at 1912/B19 in Govind Puri Extension, which is part of the Kalka Ji area in New Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city, and our office environment reflects that energy. We have got a lot of things going on at once. Architect Vistasp & Associates is not a massive firm. We are a small group of people who just like the process of building things from scratch. The office is often full of rolls of paper, material samples, and half-drunk cups of tea. We spend a lot of time discussing designs and how to make them work within the local Delhi building codes. It is not always easy, as the rules can be quite tricky to follow. We do site visits all over the city, so we are not always sitting at our desks. If you come by, you might find us busy at our computers or arguing about a staircase design. We have worked on all sorts of projects around Kalka Ji and even further out. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just draw the plans, get them approved by the right people, and then help get them built. It is a lot of practical coordination between the clients and the contractors. Being in Govind Puri for so long, we have seen the area grow.
