Archint

Archint is a small firm based in New Delhi. We are over in Sheikh Sarai Phase 2, at K 55B. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood, a bit crowded and there is always something going on outside on the street. We have been working from this spot for a while. The office is not anything spectacular to look at from the outside. It is just a place where we keep our tools, our computers, and our reference books. We do architectural work and some interior stuff too. Most of our days are spent dealing with the usual Delhi challenges like power cuts or the noise from the neighbors, but we get the work done regardless. We are not a huge company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know how to put a building together on paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on material costs at the local markets. It feels like we are always fighting against a deadline, but that is just how the industry is. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. If you come by, you will probably just see us hunched over our screens or arguing about where a particular wall should go. It is a practical way to run things. Sheikh Sarai is a good location for us because we can get to South Delhi easily.
