Finding us at Ugf-1 in Sai Apartment can be a bit tricky if you don't know the area near Paras Hospital. Ghaziabad is always crowded, and the traffic around Plot No. 129 is pretty much what you’d expect for this part of U.P. We started Arc Tec Systems Ltd as a small operation and it still feels that way most mornings. The office is on the upper ground floor, which is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs when we are carrying heavy equipment. It’s a lived-in space. There are stacks of papers and half-finished projects on the tables, and the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling sound when it’s been on too long. We mostly focus on the technical side of things, helping out with systems and making sure the digital stuff stays connected. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we are working late into the evening when the rest of the apartment block is quiet. We aren't big on corporate meetings or fancy titles. We just show up, drink our coffee, and figure out whatever problem is on the desk that day. It’s been our home base for a long time now. India is a fast-moving place, but in this corner of Ghaziabad, we just take it one task at a time and try to keep things moving as best as we can.
