Ar Sakshi Construction (Opc) Privatelimited is based over in South Extn Part I. We are at N-26 on the second floor. New Delhi is a big place, but this little corner is where we do our thing. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of samples and folders everywhere. We aren't much for tidying up if there's work to be done. We do construction work, mostly handling the smaller details that people often overlook. It’s a one-person company on paper, but there are always a few hands helping out. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks. It’s a practical setup for people who like to get their hands dirty. South Extn is a good neighborhood, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the ins and outs of the local building rules. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just try to do what we said we would do. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or talking to suppliers. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We just prefer to be comfortable while we work. It’s easier that way.
