APPIAN BUILDRISE LLP

If you come to Phase-III of the Okhla Industrial Estate, you will find us at number 208. That is where APPIAN BUILDRISE LLP is set up. It’s a typical South Delhi workplace, a bit cramped and full of the sounds of the city. We start our day early to beat some of the traffic on the way into the estate. The stairs are narrow and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us now. We have a big table where we spread out all our papers and maps. Someone is usually complaining about the internet being slow or the water cooler being empty. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door opens, one of us just looks up from our desk. We handle a lot of the buildrise work right from this room. Outside the window, you can see the Metro line in the distance if you lean out a bit. It is a practical place. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just get the work done. The neighborhood is full of small businesses just like ours, all trying to make a go of it. We like being part of the 110020 community. It is messy and loud, but it is where we belong. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s list of tasks until it's time to go.
