Apas Developers Private Limited

Our office is based in Connaught Place, right in the DLF Centre on Level 3B. Being on Sansad Marg means we are right in the middle of everything, which has its ups and downs. The traffic around CP is always a bit of a nightmare, but the building itself is solid and easy for people to find once they get past the outer circle. Apas Developers is where we handle all the planning and paperwork for our construction projects. It’s a busy environment with a lot of people coming and going. We have various files and maps spread out across the desks most of the time. We don't really have a lot of time for formalities; we just focus on getting the development plans approved and making sure the sites are being managed correctly. The office is pretty standard, with the usual desks, chairs, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every morning. We spend our days talking to engineers and checking on the progress of different buildings we are working on. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We’ve been in this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of central Delhi. It’s a very practical spot for us because it’s easy for people to reach us by metro, even if they complain about the parking. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done each day to keep the projects moving.
