Anurag Das

You can find me over at number 118 in Sarojini Nagar. I’m Anurag Das, and this has been my home base for a while now. Most people know Sarojini for the big markets and the crowds, but our little corner is a bit different. It’s more about the day-to-day work than the shopping chaos. My office is a small room that I’ve filled with everything I need to stay busy. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound and a window that looks out onto the street. I like to keep the door open when the weather is nice so I can hear what’s going on outside. People drop by without calling first, which is fine with me. We handle a lot of different requests throughout the week. It’s mostly just paperwork and phone calls, nothing too exciting to write about. I don't have a team of people in fancy suits. It’s just me and sometimes a relative who helps out when things get backed up. We don’t have a website or anything like that. If you need something, you just come to 118 and ask for me. It’s been working this way for years, and I don’t see any reason to change it now. It’s a simple, honest way to run things in a busy city like this.
