Our office is located at A-700 in Chaukandi Village, which is over by Tilak Nagar in New Delhi-110018. It is a busy part of the city, and being in the village area means it is always lively outside. We deal with property and development stuff, which involves a lot of paperwork and meeting people at different sites. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are overflowing, and a dusty map on the wall. It is not the kind of place where you will find fancy furniture or expensive art. We are more focused on the actual building projects than how our office looks. Dealing with Delhi real estate can be pretty draining, but we have been at it for a while. We know the local area well, and we have seen how much Chaukandi has changed over the years. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or trying to get permits sorted out. It is hard work and it is often frustrating, but that is the nature of the business. We do not make big promises we can't keep. We just try to get the developments finished so people can move in. It is a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is working on. It’s practical, it’s local, and it keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
