Our place is located at House No 1/20 on the third floor in Sindhora Kalan. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels a little quieter than the main roads nearby. Anshu Buildpro India Private Limited is the company we run from this space. Being up on the third floor means we actually get a bit of a breeze through the windows sometimes. We do a lot of construction and general building work. It is mostly just us and a handful of staff members. We spend a lot of time on the phone haggling with different suppliers. Delhi is a tough place to build because of all the regulations and the lack of space. We try to keep our processes simple. The office is very basic. We have got some metal files, a couple of computers, and a lot of site photos pinned up on the walls. Sometimes it feels like we are always playing catch-up with our own schedule. Materials get delivered late or the weather turns bad and stops work. That is just part of the everyday job. We do not make any big promises we cannot keep. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. We have worked on a variety of small and medium projects around this area. It takes a lot of legwork to keep things moving. Sindhora Kalan is a very familiar place for us now.
