Annmaita Constructions Private Limited is also over in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, but we are at C-69/1. It’s a different part of the same busy industrial zone in South Delhi. We’ve been operating from here for a while. The building we are in is like many others in Okhla—it's functional and built for work, not for looks. We do construction, so our office is often filled with the smell of blueprints and the sound of people discussing timelines. It’s a gritty area, but it’s perfect for what we do because all the suppliers are close by. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks of running a construction business. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a big table where we can spread out drawings. Most of our time is spent making sure the guys on site have what they need. It can be stressful when a delivery is late or the weather turns bad, but we’ve learned to take it in stride. We are just a local company in a busy part of Delhi trying to do a decent job on every building project we take on. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We like being in the middle of the industrial action where things are actually being made and built. It is a lot of work but we manage it.
