Anekvarna Estate Llp is situated right in the heart of the city at H 65, Connaught Circus. If you know Delhi, you know how iconic Connaught Place is with its white pillars and circular roads. Our office is in one of those older buildings that has a lot of character, even if the walls are a bit thick and the ceilings are high. It’s a busy place to work because there are always tourists, shoppers, and office goers walking around outside. Inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. We deal with estate matters, so our desks are usually piled high with folders and registers. It’s not a modern glass office; it has that old-school Delhi feel to it. We use regular wooden desks and have a few ceiling fans that have been around for years. Getting to work is usually a trip on the Metro since parking in CP is almost impossible. We like being central because everything is within reach. Our day involves a lot of reading through documents and talking to people about property details. We don’t have a big corporate structure; we’re just a small team working out of a historic part of town. Sometimes the building maintenance is a bit slow, but we don't mind. It’s part of the charm of being in Connaught Circus. We’ve been here a while and it feels like home to us. It’s a straightforward place for straightforward work.
