Our office is in Tirupati Plaza, specifically Flat No. 109 on Plot No. 11 in Dwarka’s Sector-11. Andritz Hydro Pvt. Ltd. is part of the Andritz Group, but here in this plaza, we feel more like a local team. Being in Pocket-4, we are surrounded by other small businesses and shops. We deal with hydro power projects, which means a lot of technical drawings and talking to engineers. It’s a quiet office for the most part. We aren't out building the dams ourselves from this desk; we are doing the planning and the back-end support. Dwarka is a planned area, so the streets are wide, but finding a parking spot near the plaza can still be a headache in the afternoons. Inside the office, it’s just us and a few computers. We have stacks of blueprints that sometimes get in the way. We don't have a big marketing department or flashy signs. Most people who come here already know what we do. It’s a lot of coordination with teams in other places. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the project timelines. It’s steady work that requires a lot of focus. Sometimes we walk down to the local market for a break. We are just a regular group of people working on water power stuff from a small office in a busy plaza. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
