Start with the location, Anand Niketan is where we sit. We deal with hotels and development work mostly. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to get things moving. Some days are just spent at D-135 looking over blueprints or checking up on site progress. We’ve been at this for a while now. It isn't always glamorous like the name suggests. It's mostly just making sure the materials arrive and the builders know what to do next. We take care of things from our small office here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we keep the doors shut and get the work done. It's a family-run kind of vibe even if the name sounds big. We just want to finish the projects we started without too much fuss. If someone needs a hotel built or some land looked at, they find us here. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or advertisements. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People in the area know where D-135 is and they just drop by if they have a question. It’s a pretty straightforward way of doing business. We have our hands full most weeks with different sites across the city. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do the job right. Some days are long, but that is how it goes in this industry.
