AMRON CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Dwarka Sector 23 (B). Our office is in Flat No. 38, Block D-4, on the fourth floor of Pocket 8. Dwarka is quite a planned-out area of South West Delhi, but finding the right pocket and block can still take a minute if you’re new here. We are up on the fourth floor, so it’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow. We handle various construction tasks from this flat. It’s a modest space, not some big high-rise office suite. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and it’s where all the planning for our projects happens. Being in 110077 is good for us because it’s a quiet area compared to the more central parts of Delhi. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of building sites and talking to contractors. There’s always a stack of papers somewhere and someone on the phone. We don't go in for big marketing talk; we just focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s a practical place for a small company like ours. Sometimes we have tea and discuss the next day’s schedule. It’s just a normal workplace where people who know about construction come to get things done. It’s simple, functional, and it’s where we’ve set up our base.
