Ammbiance Designs Pvt. Ltd. is on the lower ground floor of E-287 in Greater Kailash-I. Being below the street level means it stays a bit cooler than the upper floors. We have some windows near the ceiling that let in a bit of daylight. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background. Our office is full of catalogs and material samples that we’ve collected over the years. We spend a lot of time looking at different textures and colors under the office lights. It’s not a very big space, but we have managed to fit in our desks and a small area for tea. We don't have any polished sales pitch or anything. We just show people what we are working on. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle to find the entrance because it’s tucked away a little. We have a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time now. We know how each other works, so we don't have to talk much to get things moving. It’s a bit of a messy office sometimes with all the paper around, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in GK-I because there are good places to eat nearby. It’s a nice area even if parking is hard.
