You can find us at House No. 136 in Jasola, right behind the Apollo Hospital. It’s on the third floor of Pocket 1. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We are Ambika Realcon Builders. We have been in the real estate and building game for some time now. South Delhi is a tough place to work because everything is so tight and busy. We don’t have a big staff. Just a few of us who know the ins and outs of the local building rules. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between sites. The office is where we do the paperwork, but the real work happens outside. We don’t put up big billboards. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or people seeing our signs at sites. It’s not always easy, especially when prices for steel or cement go up overnight. We try to keep things simple and clear. No big corporate talk here. We just tell you what is happening with the project. Some days we are behind schedule because of the weather or a truck breaking down, and we just have to deal with it. It’s a practical business. We like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished floor. Jasola is a good spot for us, close enough to everything we need. We are just regular people doing building work.
