AKWM Developers & Constructions Private Limited is based at Shop No-1, F-41 in Vishwakarma Colony. We are right by Pul Pehladpur in South Delhi, 110044. Our office is basically a shop-front, so people often just walk in from the street to ask questions. It’s a very local way of doing business. Vishwakarma Colony is a crowded place, and Pul Pehladpur is always busy with traffic coming off the main roads. We do development and construction work, and this shop is our main hub. It’s not a big corporate office with a lobby. Instead, we have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files about different plots and buildings. We are a private limited company, but we keep things simple and direct. Most of the time, the guys are out at the sites, so the office might just have one or two people in it. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but it keeps us energized. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing stuff. We just focus on the projects we have on hand. It’s a practical space for a team that spends more time in boots than in formal shoes. We usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to chat.
