We started AK Developers Green City India Private Limited because we wanted to do things differently here in Raghu Nagar. Our office is tucked away at KH No-15/1 in Syndicate Enclave. It's not a fancy place, just where we get our daily work done and meet folks from around South West Delhi. Being based in New Delhi means things move fast, but we try to keep it steady. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quieter, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork. People usually find us near the local landmarks here. We deal with building and development stuff, mostly focusing on how things are changing in this part of the city. It’s hard work, especially with the weather in Delhi being what it is. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The team is small, just a few of us who know the area well. We don't have big fancy meetings with suits, just talk over tea in the office. If you're coming by Syndicate Enclave, you'll see our sign. It’s a bit dusty from the road traffic, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We handle the usual headaches that come with construction and land, trying to navigate the rules without getting too bogged down. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on getting the current jobs finished so we can move to the next one.
