Ajay Residency Private Limited operates out of Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension. We are in the Vardhman Apartments, specifically in C-311. East Delhi is where we have our roots. It is a lively neighborhood. Our office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It is comfortable and has everything we need to keep the business running. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it is just one of us answering the door or the phone. We focus on residency projects and property stuff. Being in Mayur Vihar makes it easy to stay connected with the local market. We spend a lot of time talking to people and checking out different sites. The apartment can get a bit cluttered with folders and site photos, but we know where everything is. It is a practical way to work. We are not interested in looking like a huge corporation. We are just local people who know the real estate scene around here. There is a lot of history in this part of Delhi, and we like being part of it. Some days are slow and some are extremely busy, but that is the nature of the work. We keep it honest and just do what is required each day. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. It is a good spot to clear the head before getting back to the paperwork.
