Aimil Ltd has an office at 79-A in Dilshad Garden, Delhi. It is a well-known area and we have been here at this particular spot for many years. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or a coffee shop in the lobby. It is just a regular place where we come to work. The space is filled with technical equipment and a lot of paper. Dilshad Garden is always bustling, and the street noise is just part of our daily background. We are a small group of people who handle technical sales and support. We don't spend any time on promotional slogans or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take the calls, look at the problems, and try to find the right parts or solutions. It is a very practical, no-nonsense environment. Some days are busier than others, especially when a lot of orders come in at once. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local branch doing what we know how to do. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We just focus on the day’s work and keeping things moving. That is pretty much all there is to our life here in Dilshad Garden. We keep our documents stacked up and our desks busy. It is not always perfect, but we get the job done.
