We are based in the D L W Colony in Varanasi, at Quarter Number 536/E. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which we actually like. Aicon Technologies isn't a massive tech giant with a glass campus. We are just a small team working out of a modest space. The rooms are filled with wires, screens, and the sound of keyboards clicking away. Varanasi is an old city with so much history, and here we are working on modern technology right in the middle of it. It’s a bit of a contrast. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us leaning over a monitor or trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it’s supposed to. We eat our lunch together and talk about things other than work sometimes. It feels more like a small family than a company. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things, fix things, and try to keep up with how fast everything changes in the tech world. It can be stressful when a deadline is close, but we usually manage to get it done. No big promises or slogans, just honest work from a small office in the colony. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for a while longer, just keeping things running.
