Advancetech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based at L-319 in Mahipalpur Extension. The location is very close to the main highway and not too far from the airport, so there is a constant sound of planes overhead and the rumble of traffic. Mahipalpur is a busy place with a lot of hotels and small businesses packed together. Our building is a plain structure, and we use the L-319 address for both our office work and some of our engineering preparations. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment and various technical manuals stacked up on the shelves. It’s not a very fancy setup. We have some basic desks and chairs that have been around for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with our engineering projects to worry about that. Most of our day is spent dealing with technical specifications and talking to vendors. The traffic in Mahipalpur can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning.
