ADVANCE DEVELOPERS & PROJECTS LLP

We have our office for ADVANCE DEVELOPERS & PROJECTS LLP over at 4E Deepa Apartments. This is in the IP Extension area of Patparganj, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of Delhi. Being in an apartment building means it feels more like a home than a cold office. We’ve set up our desks in the rooms of 4E and it works out pretty well for us. There is always a bit of a breeze coming through the windows in the evening. We spend most of our time here looking over project details or meeting with people about new builds. The name ADVANCE DEVELOPERS & PROJECTS LLP is what we put on the door, but most people just know us as the guys in Deepa Apartments. IP Extension is a good place to be because everything is close by. We don't have a bunch of marketing people or a big sales team. It’s just us handling the day-to-day operations. Sometimes the lift in the building is under repair, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. The office is full of files and old samples of materials we’ve used over the years. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just want to do a good job on our projects and keep this little office running smoothly for years to come.
