Start with West Sagar Pur. It's a busy part of New Delhi. We've been here for a while now. Dealing with houses isn't always easy, especially with the traffic around 46. Most days it's just about getting the paperwork right and making sure the sites are moving along. People come in and out of the office. It's not a fancy place, just where we work. We handle a lot of different things related to building and fixing up spaces. Sometimes it gets loud outside, but that’s just how it is here. My desk is usually covered in papers. We try to keep things simple. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just show up and get through the list of tasks. The neighborhood knows us. If you’re walking by West Sagar Pur, you’ll see our spot at Rz-F: 21. It’s got a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but we don’t mind. We focus on the jobs we have and try to finish them without too much fuss. It's a small team here. We know each other well. Sometimes we have tea and talk about the next project. That's about it. Nothing too complicated. We just do the work that needs doing every day. It's been a few years and we've seen the area change. The neighbors are mostly good people who are also just trying to make a living. We have a small corner where we store some of the materials and tools we use. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
