Mandawali is where we are, specifically Lane 2 on Sankar Marg. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you find House 421 on the first floor, that’s us. It’s a lived-in space. We spend most of our time here looking at floor plans or talking to people about their homes. It’s a local business, really. We aren’t some huge firm with fancy suits. Most of the time we are just in regular clothes, drinking chai and trying to figure out how to solve a problem with a staircase or a kitchen layout. The office gets a lot of light in the morning. We started this because we liked working with our hands and seeing things get built. It's a busy street, so there's always noise. You get used to it after a while. We have a few guys who go out to the sites and then come back here to report. It's a practical way to run things. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. That feels right to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The paperwork takes up a lot of time, but it’s part of the deal. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. Sometimes the office is a bit crowded with samples and drawings, but we manage just fine. It's just how we work.
