Adlec Systems

We are located in Mangol Puri at U-238. If you know New Delhi, you know Mangol Puri is a real working-class area with lots of small businesses. Adlec Systems is right in the middle of it. It is a bit dusty and loud because of all the workshops around us, but that is where the action is. We work on systems and electrical components most of the time. The space we have is more of a workshop than a fancy office. We have tools and parts spread out on the benches. It is the kind of place where you do not mind getting your hands a little dirty. The building is an older one and we have had to fix it up ourselves over the years. We deal with a lot of local contractors and people from the neighborhood. It is a very direct way of doing business. No one here wears a suit. We are usually in our work clothes, trying to figure out a problem with a circuit or a control panel. Mangol Puri has a lot of energy. You can hear people shouting and trucks moving all day. It is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is just around the corner. We just focus on the work and try to get things out the door on time. That is how we have always done it and it works for us.
