We are located at 111/9 on the ground floor in Kishan Garh, which is part of the Vasant Kunj area. It’s a nice little spot, a bit tucked away from the main massive malls that Vasant Kunj is usually known for. Adi Bengali Sweets Private Limited is our family-run type of business. We’ve always been about those traditional flavors that you can’t really find in the big commercial chains. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. It’s often hot and smells like sugar and milk, which isn't a bad way to spend the day. We don't have a fancy corporate structure. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the sweets are fresh and the shop is ready for whoever walks in. Being on the ground floor helps because people can just step in off the street. We’ve had some long days here, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants their favorites at the same time. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just rely on the fact that people in Kishan Garh know where we are and what we make. It’s a simple setup—a few counters, some storage, and the workspace in the back. We just want to keep making things the way they’re supposed to be made. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just a daily routine of hard work and keeping the tradition going in our little corner of Delhi.
