Achaman Builders Private Limited

Achaman Builders Private Limited is based out of a third-floor spot in A 116 Shakarpur, right here in Delhi. We have been working around the 110092 area for a while now. It’s not a huge office or anything, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork for our construction projects. People often ask what we do exactly. Basically, we take on building jobs and try to get things done without too much fuss. It gets busy in Shakarpur, but we like being in the mix of things. Usually, there are a couple of us here drinking tea and looking over blueprints or site plans. We started this because we knew the local building scene and wanted to do something of our own. It hasn't always been easy with the Delhi heat and the traffic, but we manage. Most of our days are spent talking to workers or checking on materials. We don't really have a big fancy reception. If you come by, you'll see a lot of files and some samples of tiles or bricks laying around. We prefer to spend our time on the actual sites rather than sitting in the office all day. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated or formal about it. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people using them. That is basically the whole story of who we are and what happens at this address. We don't need a lot of space to get things done, just a desk and a few chairs. It works for us.
