Acel System is located in Shahdara at House No. 566 in Jawala Nagar. It is a residential neighborhood that has gradually seen more small businesses moving in over the years. We work out of this house, which makes the whole atmosphere feel very local and grounded. We deal with various systems and hardware, so you will usually see bits of equipment and tools lying around on our tables. Our team is small, just a few guys who grew up in this part of Delhi and know the streets well. The office is not very formal at all; we often sit around and have tea while we talk about what needs to be fixed that day. Shahdara is a very crowded area, and the noise from the traffic outside is something we stopped noticing a long time ago. We spend our hours testing different components or trying to put together units for people who have placed orders. It is the kind of work that keeps your hands busy from start to finish. We do not have any big marketing plans or a fancy website to show off. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they live nearby and saw our small sign. We try to be helpful and give people honest answers when they ask us for advice. It is a small operation, but we take things one day at a time.
