Ace Technologies Pvt Ltd has its office at 901 in the Ghaziabad District Court Compound, over in Raj Nagar. It’s a very busy place to be every day. Being inside the court compound means there is a constant stream of people—lawyers in their black coats, clerks carrying huge piles of files, and people just waiting around. It can be quite loud and chaotic outside our door. We do technology work right in the middle of all that. Our office is a bit of a maze with all the wires and equipment we have lying around. It’s not a sterile environment at all. We have a small kettle for tea and a few old fans that make a lot of noise in the summer. We’ve been here for a long time, so most of the regulars in the compound know who we are. Sometimes the power cuts out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Ghaziabad. We don't have a big sign or any fancy branding. We just focus on the technical tasks we have for the day. It’s an interesting spot to work because you see a lot of different things happening every day. The walls are a bit stained, and the furniture is definitely not new, but it works for us. We just keep showing up and doing what we do.
