It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant movement outside. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. We aren't the type to spend money on things we don't need. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. There are days when everything goes smoothly, and days when we are scrambling to fix something that went wrong. That’s just life in a tech-focused business. We don't have a corporate handbook telling us how to talk to people. We just use common sense. If someone has a problem, we try to solve it without making it more complicated than it is. The area around us is full of small shops and local vendors, which is great for grabbing lunch. We like the vibe here because it’s honest and hardworking. We don’t try to pretend to be something we aren't. We’re just a group of people in Shahadra doing our best with the tools we have. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets done, and we’re proud of that. We keep it simple and keep moving forward every day.
