It’s a traditional kind of house converted into a workspace, so it has that lived-in feel which we actually quite like. It’s much more comfortable than a sterile office building. We deal with various software and tech needs from here. Being in Haidergunj means we are part of the local life in Faizabad. You can hear the sounds of the street throughout the day, which keeps things from being boring. Our setup isn't anything to brag about—just some sturdy desks, computers, and a lot of power strips for all our gear. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello, or we go out to the local tea stall for a break. It’s a very human way to work. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a group of people in a house in Faizabad working on software. We value honesty and just getting the job finished on time without any unnecessary drama or corporate talk. That's just how we operate. We keep our tools ready and we just get the coding done as required by the projects we have.
