Aba Land Developers Private Limited is located over in Vasant Kunj, which is a pretty well-known part of South West Delhi. Our office is at Plot No-10 on the 3rd floor of the Local Shopping Complex in B-1. Being in a shopping complex means there’s always something happening downstairs—people running errands, grabbing coffee, or just passing through. We are a few floors up, which gives us a bit of distance from the noise, but you still feel the energy of the place. The office itself is quite functional. We have some basic desks, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and the usual computer setups. It’s not a polished corporate suite with glass walls; it’s just a place where we sit down and do our work. We spend a lot of time looking at maps or going through legal documents related to land. The stairs to the third floor can be a bit of a workout every morning, especially in the heat, but we’re used to it. The parking in B-1 can be a real headache sometimes, so we usually try to get in early before the shops get busy. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. We’re more interested in getting the day's tasks finished so we can head home. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into the routine of the Vasant Kunj life.
