Aadharshila Designs P Ltd is based out of F 106 in Rajouri Garden. Being in New Delhi means we are always dealing with the hustle and the heat and the constant energy of the city. Our office is a decent size and we have it filled with desks and drawing boards and various things we’ve collected over the years. Rajouri Garden is a lively area so there is never a dull moment when we look out the window. We mostly focus on our design work and trying to get things right for the people who hire us. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking and then drawing it all out. Sometimes we argue about a particular detail but that is just part of how we work together. We are not a massive firm so we all pitch in with whatever needs doing whether it is answering the phone or making a fresh pot of tea. The building itself is an older one but it has character and we’ve made the space our own. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or any of that stuff. You just walk in and you’ll see us working. We try to keep a steady pace and not get too stressed out when the deadlines get close. It is a practical way of working and it has served us well since we set up shop here in the 110027 zip code.
