Aac India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at L-76a in Malviya Nagar. We are mostly involved with AAC materials and building supplies, and our yard is usually stacked high with blocks waiting to be moved. Malviya Nagar is a busy spot and we are always on the move, either loading up trucks or talking to contractors about their orders. The office part of the building is pretty small and usually has a thin layer of white dust over everything from the blocks. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We are more concerned with getting the inventory right and making sure the deliveries go out on time. It is a straightforward business without many bells and whistles. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start and they know the stock better than anyone. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it is just us sitting around waiting for the next truck to arrive. We don't try to sound like a huge multinational corporation because we aren't. We are just a local company in Malviya Nagar providing materials that people need for their construction projects. It is hard work and it gets messy, but we are used to it by now and it feels good to see the blocks we sold being turned into new buildings around the city. We just keep the business moving day by day from our small spot.
