Aabir Infradevelopers Private Limited has been operating out of Uttam Nagar for some time now. Our office is on the second floor of C-107A in Vishwas Park. It is a typical West Delhi neighborhood, which means it is always lively and there is always something going on outside. We work as infradevelopers, so our days are filled with looking at land, talking to contractors, and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a project. It is a lot of logistics. Sometimes we are juggling three or four different things at once and it can get a bit confusing if we do not stay on top of the notes. We are a small group of people who just wanted to start something of our own in the property sector. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do decent work that we can be okay with at the end of the day. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we do not mind. Most of our clients are local folks from around Uttam Nagar or other parts of West Delhi. We talk to them like neighbors because that is basically what we are. There is no point in using big, complicated words when simple ones work just fine. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things moving.
