A Metro Channel

Our shop is tucked away at J122A in Rajouri Garden. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on right outside our door. We deal with a lot of different things related to cable and media setups. It’s a small space, so we have to stack the boxes high. Customers come in looking for specific parts or asking how to get their home systems working better. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter. Some days it’s really busy with people dropping by while they’re out doing their regular shopping, and other days it’s just us organizing the shelves. We’ve been in Rajouri Garden for a while now and we know the other shop owners around here. The shop can feel a bit cramped when there are more than two or three people inside, but it works for what we do. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we sell. We just show people what we have and let them decide. It’s a simple way to run a business. We keep our hours regular and try to help out whoever walks in. Most of our work is just explaining how a certain wire or box works. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you can actually talk to the person in charge.
